David brings a strategic yet personable approach to the real estate buying and selling process.  His lifelong love of sports has taught him the importance of teamwork and persistence, and that anything can be accomplished when common goals are set.  Today he brings this team philosophy to his work in real estate, coaching his clients to achieve their property goals whether searching for their first condo a family home or an investment property.

From an early age, David was taught the true importance of consistent hard work.  When he was 13, his baseball team made it to the little league world series in Williamsport, PA.  At 18 he was chosen to represent Team Canada Baseball and travelled throughout the U.S. as one of their starting pitchers.  This determination and drive later earned David a full ride NCAA scholarship to San Diego State University where he pitched for the Aztecs.

After buying and selling many homes of his own, David personally understands the excitement of being a first time home buyer, someone upgrading their home and what the seasoned investor is looking for.  Whatever his client’s needs, he works to keep the process fun, exciting and most importantly, stress free.

Having made Vancouver his home for the last 20 years, and with 10 years’ experience in the local market, he has an extensive knowledge of the many different neighborhoods across the lower mainland.  Since 2010 David has been a REALTOR with Macdonald Realty, a B.C. owned and operated brokerage based on the westside of Vancouver with roots in the community dating back to 1944.
